Live Sound Specialists

As the demands grow for churches to reach a larger demographic, more and more emphasis is placed on technology, particularly when it comes to Live Sound. Not all sound technology available though is ideal for use in Worship, despite what many manufacturers and sales people will tell you. Much of the equipment used in the Pop or Rock environment, although not bad equipment, could be improved by equipment eminently more suitable for purpose, i.e., in the case of Houses of Worship, a greater emphasis on speech intelligibility.

At David Powles Specialist Audio we do not operate a typical music store, with sales personnel of limited experience. Nor do we operate an online shop, where customer support is virtually non-exsistant. We believe in remaining modest enough that all customers can benefit from expert support. As our customers should be completely satisfied with their purchases, we offer full operator training as standard with our service.

Sales and Installation of Pro Audio Equipment

A different approach to Sales

Church sound systems can be one of the greatest blessings or one of the most frustrating problems we face. It is our calling to assist churches with designing, and installing the best quality church sound system their budget allows for. The best news on the planet earth ought to sound good! What good is a message if no one can hear it clearly?

The sales concept of David Powles Specialist Audio is different to the majority of sound equipment suppliers.

David Powles is not a salesman with an interest in sound, nor is he a musician who needs a job in sales. David is a very experienced professional Sound Engineer with a passion for great sound who sells equipment that he personally uses and recommends, but also has a great desire to pass on his experience to younger or more inexperienced technicians, helping them to be more comfortable during operation.

It’s rare for a church or community theatre to have full-time audio professionals at the controls.  More likely there are semi-pro’s or volunteers who struggle with achieving good results.  To support them they need training and continuing support. Of course, they need equipment that is easy to operate but, just as important, they need someone who can guide them and answer their questions.

Having the right equipment is only part of the way achieving a good sound. We offer you our expertise and experience to make sure you can get the very best out of any equipment you own (regardless of installed or supplied it).
